Raise your hands if you love blackheads! No, I did not think so, good thing we have a recipe that can help with that.
Removing Blackheads is easy! But, to start off, it is important to exfoliate and remove the dead skin that holds in the dirt, oil, and toxins! Paying more attention to the most affected areas.
To exfoliate moisten the face and use something like organic coffee, or sugar mixed with oil to scrub away the dead skin. Rub in circular motions for 5-10 minutes and rinse with warm water.
Another good way, to start off, is to steam your face to open the pores, or to do this directly after a hot shower when the pores are naturally open.
The first way is my absolute favorite, and it is like a homemade pore strip!
1 Tbsp Organic unflavored Gelatin
1 Tbsp Organic Milk
Add both components into a microwavable dish, Mix together and microwave for only 10 seconds. Let it sit for one minute outside of the microwave, once it is cool enough to put on your skin take a clean foundation brush and smooth the mixture onto your nose or other areas affected with blackheads. Wait 10 minutes or until dry and peel off just like a pore strip. The best part is looking at the strip once you take it off of your face!
5 Tbsp. Baking soda
1 Cup Mineral Water
Mix into a paste and apply to the face, avoid the eye area and wait 10 minutes, rinse with warm water and pat dry.
After both methods apply a moisturizer, I like to use this one!
